I’ve learned many lessons in my home services career. Most important though, are from the struggles of property owners.

Simply put, they just don’t know where to turn when they need help. Who do they call? Does the business know what to do? Is price is fair? Will the work get done on time, or even at all? Is the business I’m engaging with honest?

In the end, the biggest question is “Who?” Especially when it comes to the size of the job.

Contractors are limited in terms of how small of a job they will take. While a handyman is limited by how big of a job they can accomplish on their own.

I bridge the gap between the handyman and contractor by working with a scalable team, serving the needs of property owners that other businesses can’t.

Shiplap replacement | After 50 years of wood rot, our client’s shiplap needed replacement
Shiplap was removed to reveal disintegrating paper. Paper was replaced for water protection.
The exact 7” nickel gap was sourced to match HOA guidelines.
Job was complete with full trim replacement, ready for HOA painting.

Pergola Replacement | Collapsed pergola necessitated demo and replacement.
Original pergola was left in place during new pergola construction. 4×4 posts were cemented below pavers.
Pressure treated wood used to ensure long life of new pergola.
Wood was stained to client’s desire. Bougainvillea was lashed to new pergola before removing old pergola.
Bougainvillea was salvaged, trimmed, and made for a beautiful backyard space.
